Managerial decision-making is a complex process that has several problems. The more heterogeneous the system, immeasurable, non-numerical information it contains. To understand cognitive processes involved, important to describe in detail their components, define dependencies between and apply relevant algorithms for scenario modelling. Fuzzy maps (FCMs) popular approach modeling system’s behavior over time defining its main properties. This work develops new algorithm analysis systems represented by FCMs provide support decision-making. allows researchers analyze system-development scenarios obtain required change components leads target state. problem of determining initial state most conspicuous when constructing compound or unbalanced fuzzy maps. Currently, brute force used calculate steps needed target, but takes exponential time. paper describes values controlled concepts using theory neutrosophic equations. reduces find optimal solution problem, inverse problems be solved as part scenario-modeling framework.
